I think I like the original kind a little better than the advanced design which has different type of bristles. However, it is firm and it works good and has the Reach feel which is excellant.

After going to the dentist, and finding out a tooth is now showing signs of having my first cavity, I decided to try all the top tooth brushes out there. Well, this one was one of the cheapest, yet, by far the best. Teeth feel clean again, so, I stocked up with dozens.
