I found this at my local Target. I am surprised it is not sold directly by amazon.com. It is the best ever!
I hate to floss and I hate picks. When I had my teethe cleaned recently they used a sonic pick so when I saw this at Target I was immediately interested, even though at $10 it is way more expensive than floss. It is the size and shape of a toothbrush and is just as easy to handle. There is nothing to replace but the batteries. The vibrations loosen the plaque much better than a normal dental pick and I found I was easily able to reach way back behind my back teethe where I had never been able to floss properly. Even though I hate using floss, I love using this.

Cybersonic C293 Replacement Flosser Pack (90 Flossers) Review

The first weeks you use the floss you realize how much plaque exists between teeth. Flossing becomes easier and easier as the plaque is removed between teeth. Now if you feel the floss is too thick, either your teeth are close to each other, or you need to seriously floss between your teeth due to excessive plaque. After flossing is more easily accomplished, back off!
Any flossing can cut the gums and is capable of causing gum recession if done improperly! Floss the teeth. Try to avoid touching the gums at all! That's what the brush is for! Brush your teeth and use brush on gums to massage, increase circulation, clean, etc. Don't forget to use brush above the teeth on the upper teeth. This area tends to hold onto juices, etc. Brush the tongue, too! I don't use the tongue cleaner as the brush does much better. I bought two Cybersonic's as the heads, whether, floss or toothbrush wear down the plastic that snaps onto the "base" very fast. W/O having to change heads one can have their flosser "base" last longer as will their tooth brushes. Yep, tried the first "sonic" brush and now prefer this one just due to the flossing option.
The "consumable," "wear-downable" plastic of the heads does bother me so only 4 stars as one has to buy replacements too fre quently and they are hard to find in stores. Love it all though!
