(More customer reviews)I had a persistent cough for months. Say the doctor, chest x-ray, antibiotics, the full medical press. On a whim I bought the cleanwave. Spent some time going over bedding, pillows, carpet, telephone, remote control; if I could wand it I did. Result: woke up and no cough. Did some additional wandering in bathrooms, kitchen, furniture. Something is going on that is good. I am sleeping better and still not coughing. I'm keeping this product.

(More customer reviews)This Nano UV was given to me for a gift, it worked fine for about 30 days & then stopped working & they will not stand behind their product. When we contacted the company to ask them to repair or replace it they sent us an e-mail stating the following:
NANO: The UV light for the Nano Scanner has a useful life of 4000 scans. It cannot be replaced.
WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS:
You can send in your mirror to be repaired or replaced if it is still with in the 90-day limited warranty. The customer must prepay postage. Please follow the instructions below.

In other words your out of luck! You bought it now you own it. Its not like this is a toy for $10.00. This was expensive & the company will not stand behind it if it stops working right away.
Good luck if you choose to buy it but I would save the $80.00 & don't buy it unless they change their warranty.

Germ Guardian LW18 UV-C Light Wand Review

(More customer reviews)The first one we bought wasn't working correctly. We returned it and Amazon fed-exed another one. Thank you Amazon! Germ Guardian wasn't helpful at all. I called their help center to check if we were using it right and the return policy, and never got a call back, which was very odd. They don't have live people answering the phone, you just leave a message.
We got this for the mattress because we think there may be some mold in there. My boyfriend still has his cough, but that's probably because it's cold. So I can't say if it's effective or not.
If you are going to buy this, make sure you can buy it from a place that is very easy to exchange and return, seeing as our first one didn't work.
