(More customer reviews)I actually bought two of these original cybersonics years ago. I don't remember what year, but I know it was in the late 90's. I had a the same problem as one person above described. The power switch on one of them when bad and would not turn on and off. I called the company and sent it back and they fixed it (or replaced it). I have since lost the second one, but, the other one I still have and been using daily for over a decade. It finally started acting funny a few weeks ago and now it does not work. I really miss it. I have recently just contacted the Amden corporation to see if they would still be able to fix it, as the web site say it has lifetime warranty. [...] Even if they do not replace it, I can say that I have certainly gotten a lot of good years of use out of it. I would recommend the product to any one. It did a great job cleaning my teeth and when I need it it fixed, they did it quickly and with out much a du.
