(More customer reviews)This is a wonderful product. However, there are a few things to note for a better experience. Fist off, this is a tooth "brush" not a plaque scrubber. One must remember to "brush" one's teeth not scrub them. For goodness sake they are your teeth not a dirty floor. Efforts to reduce the brushing time by scrubbing harder will result in an unpleasent experience. Paitence is the key to any hygene act. Unlike your average drug store commercially marketed toothbrush, this one is not made of super durable plastic. If you drop it, or like some users, brush too hard, you may have an unpleasent experience and end up with a broken toothbrush. It is ture that the bristles do fall out, but this is due to the fact that they are natural and like everything natural they wear down and degrade. This will become less frequent after the first few days as the weakest hairs pull away. It will again become more frequent as the brush reaces the end of its life about 6 months later. Note: this product is all-natural and biodegradeable, therefore bieng a "green" choice for consumers as well as a more luxurious experience.
