They sent me a replacement part quickly and now both are working well. You can use any type of toothbrush. My toddler uses a Banana Brush, and it fits in the Zapi. My husband and I both use Oral B Pro Care battery powered brushes with detachable heads, and they fit in the Zapi. This is a simple product that fits your needs.
