(More customer reviews)When I first opened the package and started to use this product it was very very loud. Even trying to wrap a towel around it to block out the noise wouldn't work. Upon further inspection we had a small amount of water in the unit which was causing the noise. Now that it is dry it works just fine. Great product and it does work!!! My tooth guard had junk removed from it that the human eye couldn't see. When I opened the lid you were able to see all these specks removed. GREAT PRODUCT
