(More customer reviews)This was an inexpensive replacement for my old sonic brush which died. The only real difference from the $80 brushes is that the batteries aren't rechargeable and the back of the brush is made of very hard plastic. That's a problem! When I brush, everything is good until the back of the brush hits my uppers and buzzzzzzzzzz...feel like I've been hit with a TASER.
A soft back to the brush would easily fix this.
