(More customer reviews)maybe I am slow (!) but I was surprised when only one toothbrush came. The picture showed four at the time I ordered it, so I thought I was getting a great deal!! It turns out I could have gotten a Thomas & friends electric toothbrush for half the price I paid (including shipping) for this one lame toothbrush. I don't know what to do with it because I have two boys who love Thomas and only one Thomas toothbrush, and I am NOT paying for another one here.
