(More customer reviews)This product has been replaced by a "new and improved" snap-in brush and handle at my local drug-stores and supermarkets. The replacement is not as easy to use nor are the brushes as long-lasting as these original Proxabrush handles and brushes. This is a much more effective way to clean between the teeth than is dental floss, and I was very happy to find that I could still get the original on-line. I have reached nearly 90 without losing a single tooth, which my dentist attributes at least partially to the effectiveness of these brushes in keeping my gums healthy.
