(More customer reviews)When my son had his braces, his gums slowly began to migrate down toward the top of the brackets. His orthodontist kept telling him to "brush better", but once the gums are hitting the braces, all you are doing is brushing the surface of the gum since you can't reach the tooth underneath. The bristles on this brush reach up under the gumline and really help with swollen gums. The brush itself is soft and comfortable. Within a month or so, his swollen gums were gone and you could see a good millimeter or two of tooth above the braces.
I can't recommend this product enough!
