First few times I used it my gums were "tingling" after brushing. Most of all I noticed a very smooth and whiter surface to my teeth. The bristles are amazingly soft and comfortable! I've wasted $$ on expensive electric brushes that were suppose to "get under the gum line" for a more effective cleaning. Not anymore! This simple, effective design makes the Nimbus the ultimate toothbrush! I know it's ridiculous to get excited over a toothbrush, but it's that good....
