(More customer reviews)Based on my judgment and experience, this is not an extra hard bristled toothbrush. I've been searching for years for a hard bristled toothbrush, so when I found this one described as "extra hard" I was optimistic. The brush is hard enough when totally dry, but looses its hardness within about 10 seconds after it's wet. Nonetheless, it does a pretty good job of cleaning my teeth, partly because it's relatively firm and has a dense bristle field.
I'm still searching for a better option. So far this is the best I've found. It's a bit pricey, but shipping was very fast.
