(More customer reviews)The Reach design has always been the most practical and easy to use.The only question is soft, medium or firm?Soft is recomended by most dentists but i find the bristles do not get in between the teeth.The medium is better but not by much.The firm is best and acts almost like a floss if you use it right.Not for tender gums though nor for agressive scrubbing.A tough, carefully applied workman like toothbrush.And a real bargain for 12.
