(More customer reviews)The product description clearly states that the item does not come in retail packaging. As described, the brush heads come with the usual plastic caps to protect the bristles. The set was then shrink wrapped together. I, for one, appreciate less packaging as it means less material going into the waste stream; I also assumed that this was why the price was almost $10 less than the next lowest priced two-pack. The brush heads worked great, same as the old ones on my Sonicare; I would not hesitate to buy them again.

These toothbrush heads will be shipped in a plastic wrapping with caps over the bristles for protection. They will not come in retail packaging.
