One lozenge after breakfast, another after dinner - the soft lozenge dissolves very slowly over an entire hour or more and keeps the mouth fresh throughout the duration. Just roll the lozenge around in alongside your teeth between the lips or cheeks. Because the lozenge is soft, it takes the shape of the teeth and no bulge is noticable. You just have to remember not to chew, that takes a little getting used to.
Great product! I'm a believer!! Try it - you've only whiter teeth to gain :-)
