(More customer reviews)I was actually able to find this brush at RiteAid, but I would highly recommend just ordering it from Amazon! Butler GUM is, in my opinion, the best manual toothbrushes you can get. I've been looking for them locally for a long time and finally spotted a very small collection at the above mentioned retailer (big box pharmacy retailer, popular for their scooped ice cream - in case the name is removed.) Since my last Butler toothbrush is way way way past due for replacement I got this Summit Plus. I've had my current brush for probably 2 years, and while I've tried to start using other brushes that the dentist gives me or that I've bought - I always go back to the Butler one because it just does a better job and is more comfortable even being so old (and I don't believe in that microbe BS) ;) Anywho, the multi-level bristles really are stimulating and soft, the handle on this brush is great, as is the angle that the head goes in at. The plastic it's made of even feels somehow better/more comfortable. It's hard to really say much about a toothbrush other than - you need to try it.
Bottom line - if you always get your toothbrush free from the dentist or buy a colgate/oral-B/crest branded one from walmart or whatever other place, you NEEEED to try a Butler/GUM/Sunstar brush even if it means ordering them online from now on and using the ones your dentist gives you to scrub grout with or something ;) You'll never go back!
Oh yeah - while you're at it, do yourself another favor and buy Squigle Toothpaste... The name sounds weird, I know, but seriously - it could change your life, it's that good :)
