(More customer reviews)Just the top part vibrates; the bottom part of the brush does nothing. Also it just vibrates not rotate or spin. I feel like it does nothing more then give a nice hand massage. It is just like a normal toothbrush, but heavier and eats battery. Not worth even this cheap price.
