(More customer reviews)I ordered these because in our house everyone seems to like different firmness for the toothbrushes used. These arrived today and are "all in one" so that all six of the toothbrushes we received are billed as being just like a "firm, medium or soft" when in fact each toothbrush head is exactly the same and seems to have one row if each type of bristle. VERY VERY ANNOYING. I do not recommend this product.
For the record, yes, I opened and used one before I wrote this and I am very disappointed. I am the one in the family that uses "soft" bristle brushes and this felt just like a brand new soft bristle brush. My husband, who likes firm bristles, will not like these. I will end up donating them.
