Oral-B has been making those kinds of toothbrushes for a long time, and that proof of the pudding is in their Oral-B Pulsar. They definitely handle extremely well, and each one works just as strongly as those fancy battery-operated brushes that can be more expensive. I like it because the Pulsar delivers a healthy clean each time you brush, with a small fraction of the price. So if you're looking for a great toothbrush, I really recommend the Oral-B Pulsar.
