(More customer reviews)I was stunned when I tried this toothbrush and there were these extremely sharp blade-like protrusions in a design on the back of the head. No matter how I tried to hold this toothbrush, the ridges would rip and tear the inside of my mouth. I could not believe it. I was stunned at the idiocy of the designers. What were they thinking? I wrote to Oral B to ask them about it and they never responded.
