These refills are very cheaply made. The wire bends too easily, making it very difficult to remove food particles. And the refill is always coming loose from the holder.
I wear braces, and use it to clean between the teeth and remove food that is stuck on the braces/brackets.
My local CVS has their own version, and the wire is much stronger and lasts a long time. The only drawback is that it cannot be angled like the Oral-B, but you quickly learn to work around it.
