(More customer reviews)Even though these after-foot-surgery shoes are not a fashion statement, this was much more comfortable than the flimsy blue one that was provided to me. The sole was more rugged and the ridges on the bottom provided some traction. The shoe was made for a woman's foot, so it stayed on securely and covered most of my foot (protection). I wish they would provide a choice of colors so that it could match the regular shoe that I wore on the other foot (i.e. a dark brown version).
